1 • Purpose & Big Idea

Launch a temporary “Founders Ambassadors” driver tier to accelerate rider sign‑ups in Georgia, Michigan, and Illinois while keeping costs low and testing live operations across multiple markets.

• Why?
  • Solo outreach is effective but bandwidth‑limited.
  • Local drivers with everyday vehicles (≤ 10 yrs old) can multiply QR touches, prove reliability, and seed repeat usage before luxury supply ramps up.

 

2 • Driver Tier Blueprint

2.1 Eligibility

Requirement Detail

Vehicle age 2015 model year or newer (≤ 10 yrs).

Vehicle type Minivan, midsize SUV, or full‑size sedan with clean interior.

Background Standard RR driver screening.

Commitment Week‑to‑week sign‑ups (no long‑term contract).

• Weekly $25 gas card after 20 completed rides.

• Fast‑track to upgrade into Luxury/Electric categories post‑pilot.
