**Non-Circumvent Agreement for Test Drivers at RR WINS LLC** This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between RR WINS LLC ("Company") and the undersigned test driver ("Driver"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation of the Driver in testing the driver app provided by RR WINS LLC. 1. **Vehicle Usage:** - Driver shall only operate their personal vehicle for testing purposes. 2. **Driver Requirements:** - Driver must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and active State of Georgia registration. 3. **Confidentiality:** - Driver shall not disclose or share the app download link provided by RR WINS LLC to any other individual, nor shall they discuss the functionalities of the app. 4. **Age Requirement:** - Driver must be 18 years or older to participate as a test driver. 5. **Accidents and Liability:** - Any accidents, including those resulting in injury or death, caused by the Driver will be reported to their personal auto insurance. 6. **Test Driver Status:** - Driver acknowledges and agrees that they are not considered a rideshare driver, but solely a test driver for RR WINS LLC. 7. **Compensation:** - No compensation, monetary or otherwise, will be provided for participation as a test driver. 8. **Termination:** - Any violation of this Agreement may result in an automatic ban from the Driver App at RideshareRates. I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
